The CCATF are delighted to announce that Head of Marketing, Communications and External Affairs, Christopher Selby had been invited to take part, for the second time, as a judge at the prestigious Builder & Engineer Awards taking place, this year, at Anfield, the home of Liverpool F.C.

Builder & Engineer magazine, a member of the Excel Publishing Company Ltd stable hosts this annual awards event, this year taking place on 30th of November, to promote and make awards to the successful, outstanding and remarkable achievements from both organisations and individuals within the building and engineering industry sectors.

With numerous categories of award including, Apprentice/Rising Star of the Year, Commercial Project, Restoration Project and Specialist Contractor of the Year, the evening is a celebration of the praiseworthy work undertaken by individuals and organisations throughout the year.

Speaking about the opportunity to judge this years’ awards Christopher commented “I am delighted to be given this opportunity to once again judge for this prestigious event. At the CCATF our mission is to inform and educate young people, their parents and prospective employers of the world of opportunity that apprenticeships within the construction sector”.  With incredible diversity of roles, it is not all about bricks and mortar, there is so much more to it than that in the modern built environment. Events such as this one hosted by Builder & Engineer are a great way of showcasing the value of Apprenticeships and how it is possible to deliver value, capability and skill into the business”.
